Who We Are
Ultra Fastrack Transportation is a company dedicated to delivering fast and hassle free shipping of items such as furniture, cars, and barrels to any place in the world. We have been in business for 30 plus years. We have client who ship with us from Barbados, Guyana, Jamaica, and Trinidad & Tobago and lots of other islands and countries.
What are our Services?
Our three main delivery services are explained below and there are Door to Door, Ship and Clear, and Door to Port.
Door to Door
In our door to door service, we pick up your goods, items or products and deliver it to the country or island of your choosing where it will be pre-inspected by customs and then delivered directly to the door of the address you specify. You must show Photo ID and Sign
This is the most hassle free choice!
Ship and Clear
In our ship and clear service, we pick up your goods, items, or products and deliver it to the country or island of your choosing, where it will be pre-inspected at customs before you get there. So when you come to pick it up you will just have to sign and go. You must show Photo ID and Sign.
No more waiting around at customs!
Door to Port
In our door to port service, we pick up your goods, items, or products and delivery it to the country or island of your choosing, where your delivery will be inspected and obtain from custom at the time of pick up. You must show Photo ID and Sign.
This the regular pick up!
What you should know before you ship
SALES TAX INFO

If the country or island you ship to charges you an additional sales tax at their port or custom, please note that Ultra Fast Track cannot stop this from happening.

Most food and clothing items, usually are ship hassle free except if the custom in the country or island determine that you are shipping it for resale purposes.

Other items shipped may be charge a sales tax.

If you are shipping for reselling purpose, you will be charge an addition sales tax in the island or country’s custom.
SHIPMENT & SHIPMENT PICKUP

Two most important items need when you or your recipient is collecting your delivery from any of the above services is the TRN number and government issue picture identification card which has the same information as on your shipped items and on the invoice. Must have the same name and address.

Discount Available: When you are traveling to the island or country where you shipped your items, goods or product, you can notify customs of your unaccompanied luggage at that airport, and they will give you a form to take to custom when picking up the shipment. Please have your invoice readily available at the airport to make this an easy process. Refer to “Important Cargo Pickup Information” on the invoice. When you pick up your shipment you may receive a discount.
INITIAL PICKUP INFO

There is an additional charge for items that are housed in the basement and if you want to avoid this charge please place your item near to street level and near the door entrance.

There is an additional delay fee if the barrel or item is not filled out prior to the pick up. Please fill out the side of the barrel if you want to avoid this fee before you call for pick up.

Customer is expected to provide a lock to ensure that the barrel or container is secure.

Since the new shipping policy has been enforced all plastic barrel will need to be taped. Please have a roll of tape such as duck tape on hand for each barrel being shipped.
